W James Construction Inc., founded in 2009, is a licensed general ( B ) Contractor and Grading ( C12 ) Contractor who has been working very closely with Pro Tool for years and we have joined together so we can broaden the services we offer. Our highly reputable construction company has provided excellent work for utility companies, privately owned companies and much more. ALL projects have been completed on time and at the same time extensive safety measures have been put in place to ensure safety for everyone including the public.
